Room Holst
Hotel Andante commissioned 31 contemporary Puebla artists to reinterpret each of the musical geniuses who are honored in each of the 19 suites, the result is an unparalleled marriage of music, shapes and color. This is the room dedicated to Gustavus Theodore von Holst, intervened by the plastic artist Martín Peregrina.

HOLST
Interested in Hinduism, a constant traveler and explorer, he learned Sanskrit, astrology and investigated the apocryphal gospels, always looking for inspiration for his works. He was a dedicated teacher, enjoyed an unusual popularity in the postwar era. He retired in 1923, except for some lectures he gave at Harvard.
He composed among others: Sita, Savitrí, Beni Mora, Los planetas, Himno de Jesús.

Plastic artist. Graduated in Visual Arts from Enap-UNAM, he has dedicated himself to teaching in the area of painting, as well as developing a personal pictorial proposal.
He has been a fellow of FONCA (1995 and 2000) and FOESCAP (1997 and 2003). He has participated in numerous exhibitions inside and outside the country.
He was selected to integrate the Directory of Contemporary Mexican Artists ARCODATA, for the ARCO 15 Fair, Spain. His work is part of various private collections in Puebla, Mexico City, Spain and the USA.
